7. Order Cancellation and Fees
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel an order, a 10% booking charge will apply. You will receive a full refund, minus the booking charge, provided the item has not been delivered. A collection fee may apply if necessary.
8. Delivery
- We deliver to the front door only, and any additional services (such as inside delivery) will be at your own risk.
- Delivery charges and times may vary depending on your location.
- Delivery Notice: We will notify you 24 hours in advance regarding your delivery. If you are unavailable at that time, please let us know.
- Rescheduling Fee: A £50 fee will apply if delivery is refused after being scheduled 24 hours in advance.
- We only deliver to Northern Ireland and Ireland. We do not deliver to mainland UK.
9. Additional Services

10. Returns, Faulty Goods, and Missing Items
- Faulty Items: Report any discrepancies or faults as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, and no later than 28 days after delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please note it on the delivery documentation before accepting the goods.
- Missing Items: Notify us of missing parts or items within 24 hours, or no later than 28 days. We are not responsible for missing items if the delivery was left unattended at your request.
- Refunds for Damaged Goods: In cases where damage is acknowledged, you may not need to return the damaged item. Instead, we may request that you dispose of it properly.
- Right to Reject: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days but within six months, you have the right to a repair or replacement. If the item remains faulty, a refund will be issued, reduced for any use of the product.
11. Store Credit
- In cases of damage or missing items, we may offer store credit as compensation. The store credit is non-transferable and valid for 1 year from the date applied.
- Store credit can be used for future orders online, in-store, or over the phone.
12. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, such as delivery delays or issues with third-party couriers.
- Misuse: We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by neglect or misuse of the products.

Warranty on Products
At Euro Garden and Home, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is a breakdown of the warranties we offer for each product category:
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranties are valid for the following:
- Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and applies to the original purchaser from the date of full payment of the initial invoiced purchase.
- Non-Coverage: Warranties do not cover commercial use, items sold to third parties, free gifts, or complimentary items.
2. Warranty Period
The length of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please refer to the specific product documentation for details on the warranty duration.
3. Claiming a Warranty
To make a warranty claim, you may be required to:
- Provide photos or videos that accurately depict the issue for diagnosis purposes.
- Answer questions regarding the product’s use and any damage incurred to help us determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect.
4. Our Rights and Responsibilities
- Repairs vs. Replacements: We reserve the right to offer a repair, where feasible, before considering a replacement.
- Product Discontinuation: If we cannot replace an item with the same or a similar design, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund, calculated based on the length of the warranty that remains on the product.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any damages caused by force majeure or extreme weather conditions.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
The following issues are not covered under our warranty:
- DIY Repairs or Modifications: Damage caused by alterations or repairs made by the customer.
- Accidental or Negligent Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or failure to follow care/safety instructions. If we are able to assist in repairs or replacements, there may be a fee.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents, is not covered.
- Glass Damage: Accidental damage to glass, such as cracks or shattering, is excluded.
- Cushion Details: Issues related to cushion zips or filling are not covered.
- Suction Discoloration: Discoloration of suction pieces is not covered under warranty.
- Rattan Damage: Rattan may naturally sag in warmer weather and should return to normal. However, rattan can melt under extreme heat conditions. Melted rattan is not covered by the warranty. Always use coasters for glassware on rattan tables.
- Cosmetic Defects: Flaking framework, cracks/holes in underboards, or any other cosmetic elements that don’t affect the product's structural integrity are not covered.
- Ex-Display Products: Warranty does not apply to ex-display pieces sold as-is.
- Free Items: Warranties do not cover free items, such as complimentary covers or accessories included with the purchase.
6. Product Care and Safety
To ensure the longevity of your product and prevent damage that could void the warranty, please follow all care and safety instructions provided with your product. Failure to do so may result in damage that is not covered under warranty.
Rattan Furniture

Round Weave Rattan (Tuscany, Madrid, Verona & Algarve)
Guaranteed for 10 years from the date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the cast aluminium or tubular metal parts (excluding moving parts such as mechanisms). -
Flat Weave Rattan (Monaco)
Guaranteed for 3 years from the date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the cast aluminium or tubular metal parts (excluding moving parts such as mechanisms).
Important Note: This warranty does not cover general wear and tear of outdoor furniture left unprotected outside. Rattan furniture is handwoven with fibre strands, and strand ends may appear during use. This is not a fault and can be easily rectified by tucking the strand end back within the frame.
Aluminium Furniture

Warranty:
Our Aluminium Garden Furniture is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the cast aluminium. -
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear of outdoor furniture left unprotected outside, nor does it cover scratches or paintwork. -
Material Composition:
Our aluminium furniture is made from 100% recycled aluminium with stainless steel bolts, ensuring it is rust-free.
Fabric Furniture

Warranty:
Our fabric furniture is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the cast aluminium. -
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear of outdoor furniture left unprotected outside, nor does it cover scratches or paintwork. -
Material Composition:
Our fabric is made with quick-dry foam and quilted textile fabric.
Firepits

Warranty:
We offer a wide range of firepits, including rattan and aluminium models. Firepit tables included in rattan and aluminium furniture collections are covered by their respective warranties. The following details what is covered under warranty and any exclusions: - Structural damage is covered if it arrives damaged or if the structural damage is not caused by misuse of the product. If damage occurs within the warranty period, the item will be repaired or replaced.
- Wind guards are not covered by warranty.
- Damage to the firepit pan caused by cooking food will not be covered by warranty.
- Failure to follow safety advice, care guides, or using the incorrect gas bottle or regulator will void the warranty.
- Damage due to incorrect storage or use of the wrong gas bottle is not covered.
- Chips are not covered unless the product arrives chipped, and we are notified within 14 days of delivery.
Pavilion Guarantee

Base Preparation:
Euro Garden and Home is not responsible for preparing the base for your pergola or dome. Please ensure the base has had sufficient time to solidify before scheduling installation. -
Freestanding Design:
Pergolas are freestanding structures and are not designed to be attached to a wall. -
Liability for Anchoring:
Euro Garden and Home is not liable for any damage caused to patios, paving, decking, gardens, or other property from the use of bolts or other anchoring materials to secure your pergola/dome. -
Post-Assembly Movement:
Euro Garden and Home is not responsible for any damage resulting from moving the pergola or dome after assembly. -
Self-Assembly:
Customers may choose to assemble the pergola/dome themselves. Euro Garden and Home does not accept liability for any damage incurred during self-assembly. -
Failed Assembly Charges:
If our installation team cannot proceed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided, a fee of £250 / €300 will be charged to cover time and fuel costs. -
Bolting Down Your Pergola:
Ensure the footplates of your pergola are secured to a solid foundation. A minimum of 50cm of high-strength 40N concrete beneath your surface is recommended. Pergolas are not designed to sit directly on patio slabs without a concrete foundation underneath. -
Ground Levelling and Leaks:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the ground where the pergola is placed is level. Euro Garden and Home cannot accept responsibility for leaks if the pergola is installed on an uneven surface. -
Winter Care:
During winter, we recommend leaving the roof open and the protective screens open. Closing the screens may void your warranty. -
Consultation Service:
We offer a £100 consultation service to assess the suitability of the pergola for your home. This service is only available in the greater Belfast area. -
Maintenance Fee:
For customers who need re-bolting or other adjustments, the charge is £100 / €120 within the greater Belfast area, plus £50 / €60 for each additional hour of work. Additional travel charges apply for locations outside the greater Belfast area. -
Wind Conditions:
Pergolas are tested to withstand wind conditions up to 60mph. In extreme conditions, damage may occur, for which Euro Garden and Home is not responsible. Securing your pergola can minimize damage.
Parasol Guarantee

Waterproofing:
Parasols are not waterproof and should be properly secured before use. They should never be left up in windy or inclement weather conditions. -
General Care:
Avoid leaving the parasol in the parasol hole when not in use, as this can damage both the parasol and the table. Due to risk of damage and/or over-tightening parasols are not covered by a warranty.
General Furniture and Care

Cushions:
Our cushions are designed for both indoor and outdoor use and are resistant to light showers. They are easy to clean. However, Euro Garden and Home is not responsible for damage to cushion fabrics and fillings over time. -
Glass:
We use tempered glass that complies with UK and EU safety regulations. Due to the fragile nature of glass, we do not offer a guarantee on glass, as undue pressure can cause breakage.

- All warranties are valid from the date of full payment.
- Euro Garden and Home is not responsible for damages caused by improper maintenance, neglect, or misuse of any product.
